This privacy policy explains how the mobile game Plane Chain: Arrow Puzzle ("the game") handles your information.
Plane Chain does not ask you to create an account and never asks for your name or email address. Your progress is saved on your device and, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, also in your Google Play Games account. The game shows ads from Google AdMob, offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play, and sends gameplay statistics to GameAnalytics so we can improve the game.
To let you continue where you left off, the game saves your progress on your device, for example: completed levels, coins, hints, lives, unlocked skins and banners, purchases, settings (sound, music, vibration, notifications), your profile name and picture, and your scores in Endless Waves. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the game keeps a copy of the progress described above in your Google Play Games account (Google's saved games service), so you can continue on a new phone or after reinstalling. Google stores this copy under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can delete it in the Google Play Games settings ("Delete Play Games account & data"), or by writing to us.
We use GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark) to understand how the game is played, so we can make levels fairer and fix problems. The game sends:
The profile name you type in the game is never sent. See the GameAnalytics privacy policy at https://gameanalytics.com/privacy.
The game shows ads from Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.): optional rewarded videos (for example "+1 plane" or free coins), an ad between some levels and a banner in Endless Waves. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and how you interact with the ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game first asks for your consent; if you do not consent, Google shows non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy in the game. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. More: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
The purchase "No Ads" (and the Pilot Club membership) turns off the ads between levels and the banner; rewarded videos stay voluntary.
Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. We receive the order information Google Play sends us (for example the product and an order identifier) to deliver what you bought and to restore it ("Restore" in Settings). Purchase handling uses Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity Technologies), which may record technical purchase events.
If you allow it, the game may show a few notifications from your phone (for example "Lives are full!"), at most one a day. They are planned on your device; no data is sent for them. You can turn them off in Settings → Notifications or in your phone's settings.
The weekly leagues in Endless Waves are played against computer-controlled pilots with made-up names. No data is sent to other players.
You can change your ad consent in Settings → Privacy, turn off notifications in Settings, and stop all data collection by uninstalling the game. To ask us for access to or deletion of data related to your installation, write to us at the address below. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU), you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If the game changes how it handles your information, we will update this policy and the date above.
